In order to enable the living environment of people to develop in an "eco-city, a healthy environment and a comfortable life", the Environmental Protection Administration(EPA) to promote "Build a Comfortable Homeland Project - Building a Friendly Urban and Rural Environment" from 2015 to 2018 Painting, the main counseling local environmental clean-up and city planning, therefore, set 14 target for health and sustainability indicators, as a way to create a sustainable environment, clean the homeland. The main work of this project has two plans, for 2017 academic year of Wufung District area to create a friendly urban and rural environment (Top-class) of the project, inspection of the progress of the control and to win over the project of 2018 academic year to create a friendly urban and rural areas Environment (Top-class) project planning, and to create a friendly urban and rural environment program mainly to take a competitive mechanis. Finally, to option the Middle District in Taichung City for the project of 2018 academic year from EPA’s project to improve the environment and to raise the quality of life.
